Okay, you know I’m a foodie when it’s almost 4 am and I’m thinking about ceviche. Specifically the ceviche I had in Santa Monica on my L.A. Trip. We went to this really traditional Mexican place called Lares and got ceviche as our appetizer. I think ceviche and gazpacho tie for me as best summer dishes. They epitomize the freshness of summer and the refreshments you need on a scorching day. exclusive advice from totaste toknow…sure, that pricey ceviche at that fancy restaurant may be pretty tasty. But if you want the real deal and way more quantity, order at your local Mexican place. Enjoy the pic and ceviche your way (but really my way).
